Great! Just select the models and quantities and you can easily checkout and pay using your credit card or paypal account. All orders and shipping costs must be prepaid.

 

I am ordering on your site but want to pay you via Wire Transfer… Where is your wire info?

When you check out there is a payment option for "Wire Transfer" that will give you all the details.

 

Can I order COD?

We do not offer COD service. All orders and shipping costs must be paid in advance 

 

How soon will my items ship? 
Typically, in stock items ship the next day. If the item is not in stock you will be notified by email of the exact shipping date.

 

I am ordering a non-standard color… how long will my order take?

While we try keep an ample supply of all our items on the shelves, our US inventory levels are always fluctuating. Non-standard colors and some large quantity orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

 

Do you offer quantity pricing?

What are my shipping options?

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We also offer UPS 2 day and overnight services as well as DHL International services. We are also happy to use your account #.

 

What are my international shipping options?

Since 80% of our business is international, we have an in-house logistics department that handles shipping our products all over the world. No matter where you are located, we can get our products shipped to you at some of the most competitive rates available. We are happy to work with you on scheduling shipments.

 

Can you also schedule container shipments?

Absolutely! No matter how small or how large your order we can take care of it!

 

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, absolutely! We are so certain that you will be completely happy with your enlogik product that we do give you 5 days to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (minus any shipping cost)… No questions asked! One caveat, since most of our business is for large and custom quantities, we cannot extend this guarantee to those orders. We encourage you to buy samples before placing large or custom orders.

 

Can I cancel my custom order?

Yes, however you must cancel before it leaves our warehouse or factory. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
