• Paying for next day delivery does not mean the product leaves our facility the next day. Only that you are purchasing next day from the shipping courier.

• Shipping delays may be incurred by courier during this time due to COVID-19.

• We ship via USPS/USPS Express with tracking number.

• Once items are in possession of USPS we are no longer responsible for your shipment.

• NO RETURN POLICY- Please note that due to health and safety, all PPE products, including face mask, face shields and gloves are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• CANCELLATIONS- You may cancel an order only if it has not been fulfilled and/or shipped.

• Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

• Shipping delays due to couriers once items are in possession by the courier are the responsibility of the courier.
